Feeling Stressed, Rundown?
Try A Little Peppermint !!
Tammy Park-Coburn
If you love peppermint, you're not alone. Peppermint is one of the most popular essential oils & teas for a good reason. It has so many benefits!

A cup of peppermint tea will help relieve stress and anxiety. While one whiff of peppermint oil will perk you up and enhance mental alertness and mood.

What is the difference between peppermint essential oil and peppermint tea? Peppermint essential oil is very concentrated. One drop of peppermint oil has the same level of menthol as over 20 cups of peppermint tea. It is very potent and should never be applied near eyes or ears. Always dilute peppermint essential oil with an organic carrier oil such as coconut oil.

Peppermint has so many diverse health benefits including: digestive aid, nausea, fever reduction, relief from headaches & migraines, respiratory problems, pain relief and more!!

Always buy organic essential oils and teas from a trusted source.

Enjoy and love peppermint!
